Kids Yoga Bharatanatyam in Jersey City

Certified Yoga teacher, Calai Chandra is offering kids yoga classes for boys & girls of age 4+ from 9 am – 9:45 am on Sundays. This class is unique in interspersing mudras & facial expressions to tell stories, while enriching them with yoga, chants, meditation and pranayama-breathing.

Calai is not new to Bharatanatyam in this region! Under her tutelage students are preserving tradition, while being creative, healthy and mentally sharp, plus winning performance awards. This class for age 5+ will meet from 9:45 – 10:45 am on Sundays.
